First things first – Create an account/subscribe by filling out the form to the right, completely. International orders will require a valid 10 digit phone number to process.
When you’ve finished with the sign-up process, you will receive an email containing your login information and temporary password, and your account will be officially activated. Be sure to log in and change your password by entering your new password in the bottom section of the “Account Details” page.
From that point on, you can keep track of your Starbox subscription status and make changes to your billing, shipping, and account information any time, simply by logging in!
**Please Note: The “NEW ORDER” cut off date is the 10th of every month. If you place your Starbox order AFTER 11:59PM PST on the 10th of the month, you will not receive your first Starbox until the FOLLOWING month.
